The Quick Teaser is available for $19/month by ClearValue Advisory ("CVA"). By using this tool, you authorize CVA to collect and store your name, email address, and all teaser content you create, including any business details entered into the tool.
By using The Quick Teaser, you expressly consent to CVA using your name and email address for marketing communications, building marketing and data lists, and contacting you about CVA products, services, and affiliate offerings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
By creating a teaser using this tool, you automatically grant ClearValue Advisory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, share, market, and promote your teaser (in anonymized or attributed form) on ClearValue Advisory's website, affiliated websites, partner platforms, and marketing channels. This license survives termination of your use of this tool. If you are a business broker or M&A advisor, you represent that you have full authority to submit the business information entered and agree that your teasers may be used by CVA as examples, case studies, or marketing material.

ClearValue Advisory makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any teaser created using this tool. You agree that CVA is not responsible for any outcome, transaction, financial loss, legal claim, or reliance on any teaser created using this tool. All business information entered is your sole responsibility to verify. By using this tool, you fully release ClearValue Advisory, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from your use of The Quick Teaser.
